UFH Emergency Medicine Training Program

Background

The United Family Healthcare (UFH) Emergency Medicine Training Program (EMTP) was created to meet the needs, both within our hospital network and in China, for well-trained acute care specialists. UFH is a pioneering, international-standard healthcare organization in China, created to meet the rapidly expanding demand for premium, quality care. The UFH EMTP’s curriculum and format is adapted from, and adheres as closely as possible to, the core requirements of the American College of Graduate Medical Education’s emergency medicine residency programs in the United States. Our goal is to train Chinese physicians to practice emergency medicine at the highest standard of care.

Application

We are happy to announce that our 2017-2018 class recruiting has been started. HERE

Good candidates for the program will be Chinese nationals that have master level (or higher) medical degrees and have finished the three-year residency rotation programs mandated by the Chinese government since 2010. They should already have their medical licenses in China and have good English and Mandarin skills. Those with experience within international-standard healthcare facilities are encouraged to apply.
